a slightly disappointing experience
high bill no reply
the hotel's christmas decorations were pretty. they created a nice ambience.
i was overcharged on my final bill. the amount was 12000thb. i emailed the hotel twice, but received no reply initially.

mildew smell flat pillows
The hotel had beautiful gardens I could stroll through.
My room smelled strongly of mildew and the air conditioning was ineffective it struggled to cool the space even at the lowest setting. The bed linens felt damp and the pillows were flat offering little support I had trouble sleeping comfortably because of this.

shower pressure clogged drains
The hotel has spacious grounds. IT was quiet, even in the center of the city.
The shower had NO pressure. Drains clogged, too. I ordered room service, but it never arrived. The tv reception was also dreadful.

Underwhelming Experience
inconsistent shower temperature repetitive breakfast buffet
The hotel seemed a bit past its prime. My room had some maintenance issues. The shower temperature was inconsistent. I also found the breakfast buffet somewhat repetitive. The selection did not change much , a real bummer.

Excellent Beachfront Hotel Experience
helpful staff festive decorations wide variety
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel decorations for the holidays were quite festive. Breakfast was also a standout with a wide variety of options available. I recommend this location to future guests.
I noticed the gym was closed . This limited my exercise options. I hope they fix it soon.

fantastic beach stay
excellent service beautiful yards
i found the building beautiful with excellent service. staff were friendly and helpful also the yards were superb. the pools were clean and well kept and i had very easy access to the beach

the breakfast buffet was well organized and featured numerous options. there were also ample facilities available, such as table tennis tables and pétanque.
i noticed used plates were not cleared quickly enough in the restaurants.
